By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • The information you provide is accurate.

We sell products including but not limited to:

  • Household Supplies

All images are for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device.

We reserve the right to discontinue or alter products at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Prices may include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt.
  • This does not mean your order has been accepted.
  • Acceptance occurs once your goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

6. Payment

We accept secure online payments via approved payment providers.

Your payment will be authorised when the order is placed.

We never store your full payment card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather
  • Customs
  • Events beyond our control

Risk passes to you once the goods have been delivered.

8. Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Certain products may be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.

We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

10. Refunds

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence of return.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

11. Promotions

Discount codes:

  • Cannot usually be combined.
  • Have no cash value.
  • May be withdrawn at any time.
  • Are subject to expiry dates.

  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Product descriptions
  • Text

belongs to Hymac-Direct Limited unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied without written permission.

20. User Accounts

To access certain features of the BoxSplit website, you may be required to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information.
  • Keep your account details up to date.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Customers who have purchased products from BoxSplit may be invited to leave reviews.

If you upload or submit photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, social media posts or any other content ("User Content") to BoxSplit, you retain ownership of your content.

However, by submitting User Content, you grant Hymac-Direct Limited, trading as BoxSplit, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to:

  • Display your content on our website.
  • Use it in marketing materials.
  • Share it on our social media channels.
  • Use it in promotional campaigns.
  • Modify or adapt the content where necessary for formatting or presentation.

You confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to share it.
  • The content does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • The content is lawful and accurate.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion, including content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.

BoxSplit is under no obligation to publish or retain any User Content submitted by users.

24. Social Media Content

Where you tag BoxSplit, mention our brand or use any campaign hashtag promoted by us, you acknowledge that we may request permission to repost your content across our website, email communications and social media platforms.

Where permission is granted, you retain ownership of your content while granting BoxSplit the licence described in Section 23.

These clauses are written to align with common UK e-commerce practices and are suitable for a business operated by Hymac-Direct Limited. You should also ensure your Privacy Policy explains how customer account data and user-generated content are processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
